The highest priority of our CrossFit Kids program is to instill a love of fitness at a young age. Classes will always be centered on fun games that enable kids to apply that day’s skill or movement. Over time these Kids will have the capacity to excel at many different physical sports due to the General Physical Preparedness CrossFit can give Athletes.

Kids will be introduced to continuously more athletic skills and challenges as weeks and months progress. Initially many of the kids will be learning proper form and mechanics to ensure a lifetime of health. Later kids will learn Olympic lifts and other complex movements so that when they are adults they have a healthy base.
