CrossFit Contour Level 1

This package is our basic package. With this you get access to Unlimited CrossFit Classes. This means you can come as often as you like! You also get access to Open gym. This means you can train as much as you want too while we or the Fieldhouse are open. 

Lastly this package also includes access to any of our seminars or events produced by CrossFit Contour. 

CrossFit Contour Level 2

$75-95

This is for members who need a little bit more. With this package you get everything you do with the level 1 but you also receive  access to our Weightlifting classes and programming. 
 

CrossFit Contour Level 3

$95-115

This is our basic family package. You get 1 adult membership to our CrossFit Classes and our Weightlifting Classes. Additionally you get 1 child 7-12 years old access to CrossFit Kids. Each child after 1 is +$20.  Any Kids you have 13 or older are welcome to take adult classes; CrossFit or Weightlifting instead.

CrossFit Contour Level 4

$120-140

This is the most inclusive package we have. You and your (spouse or fiancee) get access to CrossFit and Weightlifting. Additionally 1 child gets access to our CrossFit Kids Classes. Each child after 1 is +$20.  Any children 13 or older are welcome to attend adult classes or weightlifting.

                                                                          What am I paying for?

You’re not paying for a basic Globo Gym membership. In a Globo Gym you have to figure out your own program, nobody is around to make sure you’re doing a movement safely and properly for best results, and if you want to workout with a trainer, you’re going to pay a lot more. At CrossFit Contour, you’re paying for a Coach, a nutrition counselor, and a motivator that actually gets you results!

Training at CrossFit Contour is a blend of personal training and group exercise classes. One or more of our trainers conduct and guide each class. The trainers will help you determine what level of the Workout Of the Day (WOD) is best for you based on ability, injuries, and any other relevant factor. Each class performs the WOD together, while the trainers give individual attention to each athlete. A trainer will lead the warm-up, refresh everyone on proper movements and standards, coach each athlete for proper range of motion and safety, and encourage each athlete during the WOD.

When looking at our Rates keep these things in mind:

  • ACCOUNTABILITY- We know how easy it is to slack off when you are training on your own. Our coaches will give you that extra push, and will set attainable goals & expectations that you would not set for yourself

  • MEASURABILITY-Our program promises proven measurable results

    If you don’t feel like you’re getting what you want out of Crossfit, the classes, or your membership – please speak up. We are not mind readers, but want nothing more than for you to succeed. We want to help you reach your goals, but can not do that if you don’t tell us what they are. In Crossfit, as in life, you are in charge of your own destiny. If you perceive something is missing in your training, it’s up to you to say so. Remember your bottom line: you are paying for improved health and fitness, and, if you’re like most who join, improved quality of life. Can you really put a price on that? Your need to ask yourself: How do you get the most out of your Crossfit membership? How will you justify the cost?
