One thing you will notice about our gym compared to a standard gym, is the lack of machines. At CrossFit Contour, you are the machine, and you need plenty of space. Instead, in our 6400-square-foot facility you will find spacious training areas with plenty of room to move around. The only type of machine, other than you, that you’ll find in our gym is a Concept 2 Rower.

We are located in the Sunrise Shopping Center, approximately 1 mile east of the Highway 70. We take pride in our facility and equipment; as such, it is always in top-notch condition.
